Any time we feel down, low, sad or, simply, not at peace with ourselves, we need to follow these steps:
- Check what are the thoughts we are thinking and change them
- Put a nice music on.
- Call someone that makes us laugh
- Move, dance, and shake it off
- Go for a walk in nature and see how nature flows
All what we focus on, grows.
So let us Be GREATFUL for something we already have.
This will help our vibration to go higher.
